Topnesia is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained or incorporated by reference herein and such additional terms and conditions, agreements, and notices that may apply to any page or section of this Site. By accessing or using Topnesia, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We have the right to adjust service fees from time to time. If for some reason there may have been a pricing mistake, Topnesia has the right to refuse the order. By your continued use of the Site following such modifications, alterations, or updates, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

This Site is owned and operated by Topnesia / PT Kalosa Digital Indonesia. Unless otherwise specified, all materials on this Site — trademarks, service marks, and logos — are the property of Topnesia and are protected by the copyright laws of Indonesia and throughout the world by applicable copyright laws. No materials published by Topnesia on this Site, in whole or in part, may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Topnesia.

5. Sign Up

You need to sign up on this Site to order services by providing your email address and creating a password. You will get benefits such as newsletters, updates, and special offers by signing up. You will be asked to provide accurate and current information on all registration forms on this Site. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any username and password that you choose or that is chosen by your web administrator on your behalf, to access this Site as well as any activity that occurs under your username or password. You will not misuse or share your username or password, misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with an entity, impersonate any person or entity, or misstate the origin of any materials you are exposed to through this Site.

6. Electronic Communications

You agree that Topnesia may send electronic mails to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of Topnesia's services, or for such other purposes as we deem appropriate. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, please update your notification preferences in your account settings.

7. Service Descriptions

Topnesia is a digital marketplace platform connecting buyers with freelancers and digital service providers (sellers). We always try our best to display service information as accurately as possible. However, Topnesia does not produce or deliver the services listed; we act solely as an intermediary platform. The quality, timeline, and delivery of services are the responsibility of each respective seller. Topnesia is not liable for any discrepancy between the description and the actual service delivered, though we provide a dispute resolution mechanism to address such situations.

8. Platform Fee

Topnesia charges a platform service fee on each completed transaction. This fee is deducted from the seller's earnings and is disclosed at the time of the transaction. Buyers pay the total price as listed; sellers receive the amount after platform fee deduction. Platform fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

9. Payment

All payments on Topnesia are processed through Midtrans, a licensed payment gateway in Indonesia. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, virtual accounts, QRIS, e-wallets, and credit/debit cards. Buyers must complete payment within the time limit provided after placing an order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled. Topnesia does not store your payment card details; all payment data is handled securely by Midtrans in compliance with applicable regulations.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Buyers may request a cancellation before the seller begins work on the order. Once the seller has started processing the order, cancellations are subject to mutual agreement between buyer and seller. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–14 business days, depending on the payment method and the issuing bank. Topnesia reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances of each case. Platform service fees are non-refundable.

• Cancellation before seller starts work: full refund eligible.
• Cancellation after seller has started: subject to mutual agreement.
• Completed orders: refunds only applicable in cases of proven fraud or service not delivered.
• Platform fees are non-refundable in all cases.

11. Privacy Policy

Your information is safe with us. Topnesia understands that privacy concerns are extremely important to our users. You can rest assured that any information you submit to us will not be misused, abused, or sold to any other parties. We only use your personal information to operate the platform, process your orders, and communicate with you. Please read our full Privacy Policy for details.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Topnesia and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) arising out of, based on, or in connection with your access and/or use of this Site, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

13. Disclaimer

Topnesia assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, correctness, timeliness, or content of the materials provided on this Site by third-party sellers. You should not assume that the materials on this Site are continuously updated or otherwise contain current information. Topnesia is not responsible for supplying content or materials from the Site that have expired or have been removed. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

14. Applicable Laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
